Arabidopsis P450: Chromosome Map for 3
All five chromosomes can be reached from The Chromosome Map page.
This rough map is intended to show the relative positions of the different P450 loci within the Arabidopsis genome. It was created by blasting the genomic sequences of the P450s against the whole Arabidopsis genome. For each P450, the starting nucleotide position of the resulting alignment with the chromosome was used as the map position.
The 'set' groupings reflect sets of loci that were too close together to be drawn separately on a map of this size (within 13 pixels of the first element in the set).
